Spring Bay offers three beautifully decorated suites with en-suite bathrooms and is efficiently staffed by a villa manager, a cook/maid and an adept gardener. Our entire staff has been well-trained and exude the warmth and friendliness that Barbadians (Bajans) are known for. This barbados vacation villa is unique in that it is was designed by a wedding planner of twenty years’ experience with an obvious eye for detail, luxury and function when considering special event accommodation. The villa embodies all the charm and elegance of Barbadian architecture with its gabled, fret-work porch, coral stone columns featured throughout the villa and the striking coral-rendered quoins that frame the corners of the entrance. As you enter from the porte-cochere or the front porch, you are greeted by an enchanting foyer whose coral walls and coral stone sconces welcome you with true Caribbean warmth. The open-plan affords an inviting glance through the villa’s tasteful living and dining rooms, beyond the terrace and out to the amazing tropical pool. The lush and colourful gardens surrounding the pool complete the picture of this lovely island retreat.
Weddings and other events are well-catered for at Spring Bay. The villa’s design with its two terraces and beautiful pool deck is perfect for wedding receptions, family get-togethers, barbecues etc. The staff, under the direction of the villa manager, will set-up, decorate and service an event for up to 25 persons. We will also cater to functions over 25 and up to 75 maximum. Should you decide on having a wedding or event of this size, you will be given a quotation that details all the additional costs for rentals, staffing, decorations, and services that you may require. For extra special functions, a renowned local Chef will team up with our in-house Cook and prepare some fantastic meals from specially-designed menus. The villa manager has prepared several exciting menus which feature Barbadian food, international dishes and Caribbean favourites like jerk pork, ackee and salt fish, curried rotis. Local Bajan dishes like cou-cou and salt fish, pudding ‘n' souse, coconut bread, rum cake, black cake etc are also available.
